Description

• Do you have excellent customer service experience and always bring your A-game to deliver? • An interest in the gaming industry? • Great communication skills? • Enjoy analysing data to create great reports? • Leading casino market research and lead generation processes • Undertaking competitor research, and presenting findings • Researching industry trends • Providing bespoke reports upon request • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients • Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams. • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

Requirements

• At least one year experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry • Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker) • A good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills • A basic understanding of Jira or similar system
