Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating a track record of success in test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance, including the creation of comprehensive test documentation. • At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT), including advanced scripting for automation and the development of custom testing frameworks. • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a solid ability to drive QA strategies within rapid development cycles and iterative testing environments. • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines, with a strong understanding of how to optimize automated tests for efficiency and speed within CI/CD processes. • Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as C#), demonstrating the ability to contribute to code base and automation scripts. • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience executing complex data validation and interacting with databases for comprehensive backend testing. • Strong experience with JMeter • Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), with a strong track record in bug reporting, tracking, and resolution processes. • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio • At least 1 year of experience with GitHub • At least 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps and ADO • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, App-Insights, Splunk, and others. • Exceptional collaborative skills, with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, leading quality assurance efforts, and fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation. • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to team members, stakeholders, and customers. • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with proven ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
