Description

• 3Pillar Global builds breakthrough software products that power digital businesses, and we are looking for a Scrum Masters to help build 1 or products for our clients that delight them through strong agile process implementation and sustained product development excellence - to ensure that we drive excellence within product delivery. • At 3Pillar, we believe client delight comes from our steadfast pursuit of client business outcomes and is delivered through exceptional product development teams globally. As the Scrum Master, you will have oversight for client satisfaction and delivery within your team(s), and build confidence with clients and product teams re: our ability to deliver exceptional products. You will obsess over the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve, and align your team to achieve those outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, business or related field preferred. • 4+ years professional experience as Scrum master or PO • Strong project management background, particularly in agile and scrum methodologies. • Previous experience managing hardware projects, specifically related to kiosks. • Ability to work with both technical and operational stakeholders. • Not strictly a technology role, but should have a solid understanding of hardware systems.
