Description

• Manage projects to ensure completion within SLA. • Work with stakeholders, delegate tasks. • Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed. • Maintain project documentation and follow up on tasks. • Set clear expectations and establish business relations. • Ensure customer support success across projects. • Provide technical and management advice. • Communicate with training department on SOPs. • Complete User Acceptance Testing as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgages. • Encompass LOS experience required. • Knowledge of mortgage workflow. • Knowledge of agency guidelines and compliance. • PMP certification a plus. • JIRA experience a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. • Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills.
