Description

• Responsible for successful delivery of projects across integrated campaigns • Ensure operational effectiveness through management of delivery systems and resource allocation processes • Experience in planning, staffing, and budget tracking of integrated projects • Manage timelines, hot sheets, and project burn reports • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts • Liaison with partner agency vendors • Manage financial health by monitoring burns and identifying project risks • Ensure client objectives are clearly defined and deliverables are actionable • Lead internal meetings and take detailed recap/next steps notes • Manage quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in a creative advertising agency • Familiarity with healthcare industry-specific processes, including MLR processes • Knowledge in executing integrated digital marketing campaigns • Understanding of digital, social, and print marketing channels • Experience working cross-functionally with copy, design, and account teams • Familiarity with Workfront, Outlook, Veeva, Adobe, Box, OpenAir, JIRA • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with a proven track record of leading multiple projects
