Description

• Assist with the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently for a single customer • Assist the PM with assessing and monitoring project issues and risks; develops appropriate mitigation plans, coordinates both internal and external resources, escalates per established procedures, to ensure that problems are resolved timely and to the client’s satisfaction • The ability to work virtually with demonstrated ability to facilitate customer and internal meetings by conference calls. • Support projects during client’s time zone and business hours and some limited cases outside business hours. • Defines and initiates projects, assigns project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program. • Accountable for consolidating the financial performance of the program allowing NCR to receive the tangible business value and meet the business objectives identified for the Program. • Accountable for reporting of program scope with strategic business objectives • Update data on project schedules, weekly, monthly reporting.
