• Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone) • Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm • A Project Manager oversees the successful completion of a project within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. • The role involves managing resources, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring the project meets its objectives. • Key Responsibilities include Project Planning, Communication, Risk Management, Budget Management, Quality Control, and Scope Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; finance degree preferred • PMI or PMP certification preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in program management, business administration, or related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency. • Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
