Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience in program or project management. • Proven track record of managing large, complex programs involving cross-functional teams. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies is a plus. • PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred. • PgMP (Program Management Professional) preferred. • Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
