Requirements

• Project management of development and localization of packaging and labelling deliverables. • Client-facing project management, leading artwork projects from start to finish. • Manage capacity and delegate project work to assigned team members. • Act as interface with clients on project kick-offs and escalations. • Communicate quality issues and risks to management. • Create and track project-related tasks with deadlines. • Responsible for Project Manager Training Manual and labelling project timelines. • Work in client systems for all labelling needs and project related tasks. • Facilitate final delivery of all artwork in client repository. • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant labelling and project management experience. • Knowledge of digital solutions labeling and medical device documentation activities. • Ability to develop project plans, and track team deadlines. • Experience with Language Service Providers and localized languages. • Strong multi-tasking, detail orientation, and organizational skills. • Leadership skills with a client-facing approach.
