Description
• Implementation Project Managers focus on implementing Vibrent’s SaaS platform for customers. • Responsible for end-to-end project management for customer implementations. • External customer facing role; critical background in clinical trials and/or medical research required. • Remote-first organization; daily meetings at 8:30 AM EST for nationwide candidates. • Opportunities for candidates in the Fairfax, VA area to utilize office space
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 5 years of customer facing Project Management experience in the implementation of software products. • At least 3 years of experience working in a software product company using common Agile methods. • 2+ years of Clinical Research experience including Study Design and Protocols. • Experience using vendor products for eConsent, eCOA, ePRO, CTMS or Clinical Trial software solutions. • Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence. • Deep expertise in several project management tools • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and presentation communication skills. • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
