β€’ Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. β€’ Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution. β€’ Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice. β€’ Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, gather project information, and provide project updates. β€’ Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery. β€’ Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success. β€’ Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. β€’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and support teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. β€’ Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and that clients receive high-quality services. β€’ Conduct project post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve future project delivery.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain. β€’ Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including their architecture, functionality, and implementation. β€’ Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile. β€’ Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
