Description

• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion • Secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes • Responsible to ensure effective management of complex, cross-functional high value projects • Leads project teams to deliver intended value and benefits, aligned with CSL strategic and operational priorities • Responsible for initiating, defining, planning, implementing, and closing out assigned projects • Works closely with the Sponsor, Steering Committee and management/functional leaders to overcome obstacles to project success • Monitors project planned Time, Cost and Performance against actuals and identifies variances where they exist and reports on status as required • Assures that the project is closed out properly following completion, including summary reports and lessons learned

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent related work experience; educational concentration in a related technical or industry-related subject is preferred • Experience leading single department/site-based projects, especially in technology and/or process-related areas
