Description

• Key member of VaxCare’s Product Group, joining the Billing development team. • Collaborate with software teams, Customer Care, and Revenue Cycle Management groups. • Plan, prioritize, track, and support new development for an agile software development team. • Build and maintain product specs, workflows, use cases, and requirements. • Ensure product changes are properly communicated, including release notes and training docs. • Work directly with VaxCare’s RCM team to align on specs and manage projects. • Collaborate with QA team for acceptance tests. • Analyze data to inform decisions and tell compelling product stories. • Work with engineers during development to drive excellence in delivery.

Requirements

• At least 18 months experience with VaxCare for internal candidates. • Direct experience with claims billing, partner compensation, and/or eligibility processes. • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar for external candidates. • Experience with medical insurance eligibility or claims processing. • Proven track record seeing projects to completion. • Basic proficiency analyzing data (Advanced Excel required, SQL experience preferred). • Scrappiness and persistence – you’ll troubleshoot user issues, help test features, and generally do whatever-it-takes to get your products shipped with quality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Natural curiosity to understand the “whats”, “whys”, and “hows” of our business.
