Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise working as a Software Architect, with proficiency in cloud-based platforms, AWS, and Cloud architecture. • High level of English proficiency required for global team interaction. • Clear communication with clients and ability to articulate architecture details. • Natural leader with critical reasoning and decision-making skills. • Good knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs. • Operational excellence in design methodologies and architectural patterns. • Ability to manage multiple projects and utilize time management skills. • Experience leading Agile software development methodologies. • High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate. • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools. • Mentorship and thought leadership abilities.
