Description

• We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Onboarding Senior Executive • Assist in facilitating seamless integration and onboarding of new DA Management customers • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Integrations team for technical integration • Oversee end-to-end DA processing during an initial Hypercare period • Manage query resolution and customer challenges • Promote full utilization of Inchcape systems following ISS Standard Operating Procedures • Train team members for smooth handover of end-to-end client process

Requirements

• Hub Finance experience • Educated to bachelor’s degree level with postgraduate completion in Accounting/Finance desirable • Understanding of basic DA accounting principles • Strong People Management Skills • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills • Post-sales experience with a focus on system implementation • Familiarity with SOP development and process integration • Experience in UAT and system training • Leadership ability to motivate and guide the team • Strong communication skills and the ability to travel for customer training as needed • Excellent Customer Services Skills • Comprehensive knowledge of shipping operations, including port experience, ship operations, and DA management
