• Als Product Specialist bist du für die Schulung, Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen verantwortlich. • Du erleichterst das Verständnis und die Nutzung der 3Shape-Produkte durch virtuelle und physische Schulungsinitiativen wie Präsenztrainings, Webinare und Remote-Schulungen. • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unsere Vertriebs- und Support-Teams auf Messen, Konferenzen und Seminaren und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erfassung und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback aus dem DACH-Markt an die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung sowie das Produktmanagement von 3Shape. • Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien für verschiedene Zielgruppen in unterschiedlichen Formaten (virtuell und physisch) • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen (inkl. administrativer Aufgaben) • Unterstützung bei Messen, Konferenzen und Seminaren • Konsolidierung und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback • Fachliche Expertise für 3Shape-Produkte
🎯 Requirements
• Zahnmedizinischer Hintergrund, z. B. als Zahnarzt, Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) oder Zahntechniker • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in oder mit einem Dentallabor oder einer Zahnarztpraxis • Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von CAD/CAM-Systemen • Technisches Wissen über digitale Dentalprodukte, insbesondere Intraoralscanner • Technikaffinität und großes Interesse an neuen Trends in der digitalen Zahnmedizin • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und empathischer Umgang mit Kund:innen • Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte einfach und verständlich zu erklären • Talent, Menschen zu begeistern und zu inspirieren • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen • Proaktive Herangehensweise und Fähigkeit, Ideen effizient umzusetzen • Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld • Ein absoluter Teamplayer, der gerne mit anderen zusammenarbeitet und Wissen teilt
