Description

• Key role in driving Customer Success, optimisation, and upselling for customers • Own relationships with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, delivering satisfaction • Manage customer life cycle and account management from Sales Handover to consistent engagement • Escalation Management, Stakeholder Management, coordination with Product Management and Support groups • Develop innovative ways to share data and insights impacting customer success • Provide best practices to drive user behavior and product adoption • Conduct onboarding, training, and review calls with customers • Discern opportunities for revenue growth and close upselling opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management with SaaS product and/or mid-market customers • Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail & excellent Relationship Builder • Ability to understand customer’s business needs • Excellent Communication, Listening & Articulation Skills • Experience in analysing data and trends for opportunities • Experience using customer success and CRM tools • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic, team player, empathetic, and curious • Product savvy with strong understanding of technical knowledge
