🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably with a focus on knowledge base content or software documentation. • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in content management systems. • A deep understanding of best practices for writing API documentation and knowledge base management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to communicate them to a non-technical audience. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
