Description

• Defines and communicates comprehensive UX visions that guide product strategy and development. • Identifies connections between related products, and works with cross-functional peers to address any dependencies or overlap. • Leads design thinking sessions to align business goals with user-centric design solutions. • Advocates for design excellence and best practices across teams and departments. • Actively mentors and develops the skills of other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the design team. • Evaluates the impact of design decisions on key metrics such as user satisfaction, engagement, and business performance. • Initiates and leads initiatives to enhance team dynamics, morale, and overall team health.

Requirements

• Significant experience working as a Product Designer across the breadth of a complex product. • Proven ability to identify when user research is required and why, partner with UXR to execute, and then tell a story that affects change. • Expert-level understanding of usability, UI design, and how to implement, document, and use an enterprise design system. • Evidence of how you use data and storytelling to influence product decisions.
