• Selling and building long-term relationships with various channel partners • Partnering with sales and support teams to execute sales strategies • Responding quickly to customer requests, RFP/RFI's, internal initiatives • Creating clear and professional presentations and proposals • Logging activities, quotations, orders, support data • Collect competitive intelligence and product feedback • Demonstrate 75F solution in technical sales discussions • Meet or exceed sales and activity objectives
• BS/BA or AS degree in Engineering or technical discipline • 5+ years experience in technical solution sales • Record of selling HVAC control solutions • Selling through a Channel or to Channel Partners • Hands-on mechanical aptitude • Familiarity selling to Mechanical and Controls Contractors, Distributors, Specifying Engineers • Experience with construction documents, mechanical specifications, project take-offs • Familiarity with multiple sales and business software platforms • Knowledge of Hubspot, Netsuite, Microsoft products • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving skills • Requires 50-75% travel, including quarterly visits to Minnesota • Valid driver's license and auto insurance • Ability to fly within North America
