📋 Description

• The Brand Designer is a cornerstone of 8x8's global branding efforts, playing a critical role in shaping and evolving the company’s visual identity. • As a creative leader, you will drive the development of innovative, high-quality visual assets that align with the brand strategy and amplify its impact across all channels. • Align visuals with strategy: Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure all visual elements reflect the brand vision, positioning, and messaging. • Innovate and refine the visual identity to stay fresh, relevant, and impactful across all touchpoints. • Lead the creation of visual assets for digital, print, social, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. • Work closely with marketing, product, communications, and other teams to understand visual needs and translate them into innovative solutions. • Manage the creation, organization, and delivery of high-quality visual assets, including graphics, photos, videos, and templates. • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to push creative boundaries and keep the brand fresh. • Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. • Guide and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external agencies to uphold design excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Design experience: 5+ years in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work in both digital and print. • Proven ability to translate brand values into impactful, creative visuals. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva. • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production is highly desirable. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital platform design is a plus. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals is advantageous. • A sharp eye for typography, color theory, and layout consistency. • Passion for creative problem-solving and delivering impactful designs under tight deadlines. • Ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
