• Our mission is to use technology to empower health systems to provide high-quality care that is accessible, convenient and affordable. • We’re in the process of building a brand new asynchronous care platform. • As a Support Engineer at 98point6, you'll have the opportunity to maintain and improve our legacy telehealth platform. • You'll need to work closely with the customer support team to understand, diagnose and fix software issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience supporting systems built on a serverless architecture in AWS, utilizing services such as CloudWatch, CloudFormation, S3 and others • 2+ years of experience working with TypeScript • A high level of ownership, flexibility and self-direction • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Mirth or another Healthcare Integration Engine • Experience with Java or Rust
