Description
• As a Manual QA Tester you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software applications. • You will be responsible for conducting manual testing, creating test plans, and identifying and reporting defects. • This role requires diligence, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with development teams to deliver high-quality software products. • Conduct manual testing of web applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards. • Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality. • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and user stories. • Perform API testing. • Perform database testing, including writing and executing basic SQL queries for data validation. • Maintain and update test documentation as necessary. • Participate in test strategy development and test environment setup.
Requirements
• Diligence in manual testing with a keen eye for detail; • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger; • Basic SQL knowledge for database testing, including the ability to write simple SELECT queries; • Strong written and verbal communication skills in english; • Strong time-management skills to meet project deadlines; • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; • Strong listening skills to understand and clarify requirements; • Ability to create and execute test plans effectively.
