Requirements
• Previous experience in recruiting is preferred. • Proficiency in written English communication is essential. • If Plan A doesn’t work, be ready to look for solutions. • You know how to grab attention with your writing. • You can see beyond job descriptions to understand people’s potential. • Genuine care and consideration for candidates’ futures while handling their CVs and interacting with them frequently. • Emotional intelligence. • Results-driven attitude.
