📋 Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. • The Senior Salesforce Developer will work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, design and implement technical solutions in Salesforce, manage code review, and lead or execute solutions testing. • They will provide technical expertise to internal and external customers, mentor junior developers, and use agile methodologies to manage projects. • Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions and applications that optimize the value that clients may derive from their Salesforce systems. • Contribute to process and functional design activities. • Create functional requirements as input to technical application design. • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes. • Plan and execute data conversion activities such as test data. • Implement test planning and execution. • Support application build, test, and deploy activities for data integration, application configuration, and reporting configuration of software integration. • Participate in SFDC Integration activities with other Products. • Design, code, test, and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. • Train and mentor junior resources for SFDC and conduct training sessions for team members. • Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. • Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs. • Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs. • Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX. • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation. • Work on the design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems. • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully. • Ability to interact with internal customers to translate requirements into a technical solution. • Strong desire to learn. 🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues. • Experience defining business requirements and use cases • 5+ Years of hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementation • Proficiency in sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ and Billing. • Expertise preferred in experience cloud/communities and FSL. • Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
