📋 Description
• Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims • Responsible for opening, investigating, evaluating, and settling auto claims • Verify coverage on policies with standard commercial symbols and/or specialty exposures • Explain claims process to involved parties • Negotiate estimating damages and supplements • Coordinate and oversee claims process; keeping customers informed • Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions • Actively shape company culture and support other areas as needed
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED or one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment • Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of training • Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude • Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace • Ability to type 30 wpm
