📋 Description
• Resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity • Manage all claims efficiently and effectively • Handle all aspects of liability injury claims including coverage, liability, and damage concerns • Assist in taking first notice of loss calls (FNOL) • Make coverage determinations and conduct complex investigative work • Communicate pertinent case facts to supervisors, managers, or committees • Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively • Actively shapes company culture and fulfills business needs as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of claims experience with 3-5 years in casualty adjuster experience • High school diploma (HS/GED) or 3 years of experience in casualty claims role within P&C insurance industry • Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of filling position as condition of employment • Preferred: 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience • BA/BS in business, insurance or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Commercial Claims handling experience • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
