📋 Description
• Outbound Retention Specialist works independently to promote policy retention in a call-center environment. • Responsible for routing potential sales of AAA Life Insurance products to Sales Agents. • Conducts outbound retention calls and provides technical and product information to customers.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required; some college level coursework preferred • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the life insurance industry • Basic knowledge of AAA Life Insurance Products • Successful completion of the following LOMA Courses, preferred: LOMA 280 or LOMA 281 - Insurance Principals, LOMA 290 or LOMA 291 - Insurance Operations • Current license to sell life insurance and ability maintain any Life and Health insurance sales license in all applicable states, preferred • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including possible evenings and weekends, including the willingness to work overtime and weekends as business dictates.
