Life Insurance and Annuities at competitive rates
β’ Outbound Retention Specialist works independently to promote policy retention in a call-center environment. β’ Responsible for routing potential sales of AAA Life Insurance products to Sales Agents. β’ Conducts outbound retention calls and provides technical and product information to customers.
β’ High School diploma or GED required; some college level coursework preferred β’ Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in the life insurance industry β’ Basic knowledge of AAA Life Insurance Products β’ Successful completion of the following LOMA Courses, preferred: LOMA 280 or LOMA 281 - Insurance Principals, LOMA 290 or LOMA 291 - Insurance Operations β’ Current license to sell life insurance and ability maintain any Life and Health insurance sales license in all applicable states, preferred β’ Must be able to work a flexible schedule including possible evenings and weekends, including the willingness to work overtime and weekends as business dictates.
