• As a QA Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products. • You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify defects, and guarantee a smooth launch. • This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a QA Analyst. • Excellent communication (English) for working in a distributed team. • Ability to create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements. • Experience executing manual tests and documenting thorough results. • Adept at identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using appropriate tools. • Collaborative spirit with the ability to understand code changes and validate fixes. • Participation in design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality. • Experience conducting regression testing to prevent new defect introductions. • Ability to report testing progress, quality metrics, and issues to stakeholders. • Assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting end-users during testing phases. • Commitment to project quality, on-time delivery, and professional ethics. • Encourages creativity and innovative suggestions. • Bonus Points: Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (preferably WebdriverIO). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (2-week sprints). • Experience with Salesforce or E-commerce projects. • Soft Skills: Analytic thinking, Detail orientation, Self-learning
