• Develop and implement global payer marketing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Conduct market research and analysis • Create and deliver compelling value propositions, messaging, and marketing materials • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of payer marketing initiatives • Stay informed about global healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and competitive landscape • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline • MBA is desired • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payer marketing, market access, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Strong understanding of global payer environments and healthcare systems • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel internationally as required.
