Description

•Lead a cross-functional team of Marketing Managers. •Shape the future of mid-funnel marketing programs. •Execute native onboarding flows, in-app messaging, email, and push notifications. •Connect with outdoor enthusiasts using onX apps.

Requirements

•A minimum of three (3) years of experience directly managing marketers •A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading lifecycle, email, CRM, and/or Engagement Marketing programs •Mobile app marketing experience •Considerable experience with marketing automation •A passion for growing happy, productive teams and fostering career growth for those you support •A passion for understanding and improving customer journeys •Demonstrable experience deriving and using customer behavior insights and data to understand the customer base (Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.) •Ability to effectively partner with Product Teams to develop programs by cohorts to improve personalization, and create tailored messaging streams •Ability to formulate creative, hypothesis-driven tests and conduct them from ideation all the way through to post-hoc analysis •Strong project management skills that include conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations •A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values •Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX •Must be available for travel to a corporate office in Montana periodically
