• 4 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or benefits • Team player first and foremost, and believes great things come from collaboration • Storyteller who is able to translate brand positioning and insight into consumer-friendly language and compelling campaigns • Excellent marketing communication skills (written, verbal, visual), with particular emphasis on email • Strong project management skills; results-focused with impactful execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams • Self-starter and solution-oriented; ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment • Innately curious and eager to learn new things; balancing creativity and analytical thinking • Bachelor’s degree
