• Provide specialist medical/scientific strategic and operational input into core medical affairs activities. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to provide strategic medical input. • Develop innovative pre-launch strategies for product indications. • Ensure budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements are factored into scientific activities. • Provide guidance to cross-functional team members and timely reviews of promotional strategies.

Requirements

• PhD/MS/PharmD/PA/NP/DVM degree or equivalent. • Dermatology disease area experience preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or academia or equivalent. • Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment. • Excellent oral and written English communication skills. • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Development including compliance and regulatory requirements.
