• Engineering Manager for Cross Platform Mobile & Desktop at ABBYY • Lead by example in technical direction and people management • Hands-on with codebase while overseeing technical architecture and guiding teams

Requirements

• Cross-Platform Development Frameworks: Proficiency with tools like Flutter, React Native, and Ionic • Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks • Mobile Development: Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) native development • Desktop Development: Familiarity with Electron, Tauri, or other tools for building cross-platform desktop applications • APIs and Backend Integration: Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs • Responsive and Adaptive Design: Ability to create UIs that scale across different screen sizes • Cross-Platform UI/UX Standards: Understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines • Testing and Debugging: Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Flutter Test • Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing for performance across different devices • Version Control: Experience with Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab • Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge of tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane • App Store and Play Store Publishing: Familiarity with the publishing process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
