Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT oriented studies. • Experience in JavaScript, C# .Net or other scripting languages. • Min. of 5 years work experience within the software industry in a similar role. • Knowledge of one or more Solution Focus Area (e.g. ABBYY Flexi Capture, ABBYY Vantage, ABBYY SDKs, RPA). • Knowledge in Process intelligence and ability to understand complex processes through data mining. • Exceptional written communication in English. • Fluent in spoken English and other Asian languages. • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take ownership and responsibility on technical issues. • Negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Experience participating in complex projects. • Able to work independently, as well as function well within a global remote team. • Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations effectively. • High-level competence with modern development paradigms. • Readiness to travel around 30%+ of time. • Fluent in English and Japanese.
