Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. (Global leadership experience is preferred) • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
