Description

• Join ABBYY as VP of User Experience to lead innovative, user-centered digital experiences. • Set the vision for user experience strategy and ensure products meet usability and accessibility standards. • Drive customer satisfaction, product success, and business growth through collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years in UX leadership roles, including experience managing multidisciplinary teams. • Proven ability to build and scale UX, education, and technical writing teams in a fast-paced tech environment. • Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, interaction design, information architecture, and education methodologies. • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools. • Familiar with developing educational materials and user documentation. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to provide UX strategy in order to meet business objectives and deliver measurable results. • Strong track record of aligning UX, documentation, and training initiatives with product roadmaps. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence at all organizational levels. • Expertise in storytelling and presentation to effectively articulate UX, education, and documentation visions and decisions.
