Description

• Create and validate design solutions that balance usability, functionality, and technical flexibility. • Own the end-to-end user journey across complex workflows. • Leverage user research and data insights to improve the platform. • Synthesize design and business requirements for cross-functional initiatives. • Document and build on design systems. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design. • Deep B2B SaaS web experience, ideally including startup experience. • Experience using Figma, CSS, HTML, React, etc. • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across disciplines and with multiple stakeholders. • Experience shipping exceptional products at a fast pace. • Ability to create simple and elegant design solutions to complicated problems. • Note: A portfolio is required with application of this role.
