β€’ About ABC Legal Services: β€’ ABC Legal Service is proud to be the national leader in filing service of legal documents. β€’ We are growing and are looking for talented new team members to support our growth and solve exciting challenges! β€’ The Partner Experience Specialist provides support to active process servers who are employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services. β€’ This support includes answering questions, resolving issues, managing and distributing work, and addressing performance concerns. β€’ The Partner Experience Specialist also monitors work that has been dispatched to Sheriff Offices. β€’ Answer inquires and resolve issues from process servers. β€’ Oversees distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers. β€’ Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are being dispatched and fulfilled. β€’ Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work. β€’ Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket that have been dispatched with Sheriff. β€’ Collaborate with team members to find broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks. β€’ Resolves issues on task board in Skye.

Requirements

β€’ Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred β€’ High school diploma or GED required β€’ Familiarity with Legal Process as plus β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
