Description

• Managing a programme of projects from conception to completion • Creating and maintaining key project documentation such as PIDs, Project Plans and RAIDs, achieving Client Sign off • Interacting with clients and internal teams and preparing and chairing internal and external steering groups • Management of risks, issues and change controls • Resource management across the project team • Track progress against planned deliverables using ePMO.

Requirements

• An experienced Programme Manager working with established methodologies and project lifecycles within Pensions • Strong knowledge/experience with relation to pensions related programmes • Someone who is client focused, with strong communication skills, relationship management and organisational skills • Project Management Qualification in Prince 2 or equivalent • Knowledge and experience of Project Management administration systems (e.g. ePMO, Planview, Clarity etc) • Someone who can evidence experience of end-to-end project management of large scale, complex projects • Someone who can demonstrate the ability to create effective project documentation such as PIDs and specs.
