• Oversee a team of Social Media Coordinators and Specialists • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals • Set specific objectives • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency • Oversee social media accounts’ design • Suggest and implement new features for brand awareness • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends • Work with team utilizing Asana platform • Attend weekly mandatory management meeting • Build relationships with team members • Communicate with NED regarding team matters
• Must volunteer 15+ hours a week • Must be based in the United States • Able to attend weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 11:00am EST • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager • Hands-on experience in content management • Excellent copywriting skills • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics • Knowledge of online marketing channels • Familiarity with web design • Excellent communication skills • Analytical and multitasking skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
