Description

• Responsible for managing, developing, and growing assigned sales territory. • Manage relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and nursing home facility decision makers. • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to meet customer needs. • Educate healthcare professionals on the value of Acadia’s products. • Prepare and submit timely reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in the life sciences preferred. • 2 years of sales experience for Sales Specialist, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales, preferably neuroscience. • For Senior Specialist, minimum 5 years of healthcare sales with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling required. • For Executive level, minimum 8 years of healthcare sales with 3 years in complex or account-based selling required. • Ability to make strong contributions at a regional level • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others • Excellent persuasive selling and negotiation skills • Ability to anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs.
