Description

• Responsible for managing assigned sales territory and addressing customer needs. • Develops strong relationships with HCP customers and provides exceptional value and service. • Educates healthcare professionals on the value of the Company’s products and ensures compliance. • Analyzes sales potential and executes business plans to achieve strong business results. • Attends conferences, trainings, and product launches as required. • Takes on leadership opportunities and remains compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in the life sciences preferred. • 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales. • 5 years of healthcare sales with 2 years experience in complex selling required for Specialist level. • 8 years of healthcare sales with 3 years experience in complex selling required for Executive level. • Experience with specialty distribution and therapeutic areas such as neurology and psychiatry preferred. • Must be in good standing with the FDA and OIG. • Demonstrated advanced selling skills and ability to dialogue effectively with customers. • Demonstrated strong leadership ability. • In depth knowledge of the Total Account Call and ability to influence customers. • Strong understanding of payer dynamics, including Part D access. • Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. • Ability to anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs. • Must live within the territory or within 30 miles of the territory border. • Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
