📋 Description

• You’ll review and verify payroll records, benefit statements, employer training contributions, and apprenticeship paperwork to determine compliance with applicable rules and regulations. • You’ll ensure all required documents (DAS 140’s, DAS 142’s, etc) are submitted in a timely manner as well as timely submission of state and federal certified payroll. • You’ll upload internal certified payroll using required software and/or DIR state mandated site. • You’ll create Fringe Benefit Statements when required and issue requests for missing and revised documents and correspond with the applicable contractor’s staff to ensure compliance. • You’ll participate in audits, calculate underpayments, fines, and penalties if applicable. • You’ll support in the investigation of complaints of noncompliance with prevailing wage payments, Benefit payments, and apprenticeship violations; takes written or recorded statements to establish facts; compiles reports, records any other pertinent material to complete case file. • You’ll evaluate contractor’s information on the CSLB website to ensure proper licensing and provision of worker’s compensation insurance coverage for employees in case of injury. Notifies appropriate contacts when contractors are not in compliance. • You’ll compose letter(s) requesting payments and follows up with third party requestor when sending information. • You’ll provide monthly report is submitted to Project Manager or Client Project Manager. • You’ll work independently and continuously learn at a fast pace while keeping all records (digital and hardcopy) organized and maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in labor compliance management or labor agreement administration. • Minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience performing audits on certified payroll documents • Minimum of 3 (three) years’ knowledge and experience with Labor Compliance Programs, Department of Industrial Relations, Federal Davis-Bacon Act, California Labor Codes and construction industry practices • Minimum of 3 (three) years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Minimum 1 (one) years’ experience with LCPtracker
