📋 Description
• Make professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for UPS travelers • Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed • Support 24/7 corporate account at onsite location • Project a favorable image of Altour to all travelers, suppliers, and vendors • Follow UPS guidelines and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED required • Worldspan experience is preferred • Must be able to make sound judgment • Good oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of geography • Basic computer and office skills such as typing, use of fax machine, and phone system • Must be organized and able to meet strict deadlines • Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is required
