📋 Description
• Help customers unlock the full potential of Greenhouse through bespoke system integrations. • Incorporate industry best practices to guide clients up the Hiring Maturity curve. • Manage consulting engagements to understand clients' systems and requirements. • Maximize APIs and webhooks to optimize Greenhouse usage. • Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to inform integration strategy.
🎯 Requirements
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and the integration development lifecycle • Experience with Workato to develop bespoke API and/or flat file integrations • Designing and deploying cloud-based system integrations • Configuration and implementation of SaaS applications, preferably in HR and recruiting • Excellent consultation skills with a keen eye for detail • Experience working in a client-facing capacity • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal • Experience working with an HRIS (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus • Implementation knowledge of Greenhouse products is a plus • Unique perspective and transferable skills valued
