📋 Description
• i-Tech Support is seeking an Acumatica Technical Consultant to provide ERP Software Support and Implementation services. • The consultant will assist clients with their specific requirements for Acumatica ERP and resolve Help Desk issues. • Accountable for the overall planning, communication, and task completion of customer support requests. • This role involves collaborating with clients to determine their needs and deliver effective ERP solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• US Citizens or authorized to work in the U.S only, no international candidates will be considered • 1-3 years of Acumatica experience • BS in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration • General understanding of business software applications and databases • Experience in environments with complex business processes • Project Management experience • Experience with ERP software solutions in Distribution and Manufacturing • Passionate about using technology to solve business problems. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite assignments
