📋 Description

• Manage a core group of complex clients and accounting staff • Mentor and develop team members • Improve accounting processes and ensure smooth communication • Provide oversight of team member work • Facilitate cross-training and manage backups • Assist with file closures and training • Participate in the implementation of new processes or technologies • Oversee quality assurance of files handled by team members • Handle additional responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements
