• The Sr. Controller, Client Advisory Services role is a strategic part of our dynamic team • Assist clients in driving growth and profitability • Manage month-end closing and financial reports for assigned clients • Develop financial strategies aligned with client objectives • Lead and mentor accounting team for assigned clients
🎯 Requirements
• Active CPA, CMA, or MBA with transferable knowledge in accounting and FP&A for businesses in the $5M to $25M market • Strong working knowledge in the Non Profit industry • Grit: Motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude • Resilience, flexibility, and determination while autonomously managing high-priority tasks and projects • Unquestionable commitment to upholding the highest standards of Integrity, ethical behavior, and transparency • Proven ability to contribute effectively to organizational and team objectives through strong Teamwork skills • 7+ years of Controllership and/or FP&A experience • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a passion for mentoring staff • Comfortable with change and easily pivots when priorities change • Excellent written and oral communication skills
