Description

• Accuserve is a Managed Repair Experience Company that humanizes the claims processing experience • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process tracking invoices and resolving accounts for customers and clients • Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related administrative functions • Contacting current and delinquent customers to secure payment • Assisting with printing and mailing of statements • Reviewing account histories with customers • Posting payments, credit memos and adjustments

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting or like field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable is a plus • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy • Ability to analyze large sets of data • High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions • Insurance and/or construction industry experience required • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures • Problem solver with strong self-initiative and motivation • Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed • Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
