β’ Accuserve is a Managed Repair Experience Company that humanizes the claims processing experience β’ The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process tracking invoices and resolving accounts for customers and clients β’ Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related administrative functions β’ Contacting current and delinquent customers to secure payment β’ Assisting with printing and mailing of statements β’ Reviewing account histories with customers β’ Posting payments, credit memos and adjustments
β’ Associate degree in accounting or like field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required β’ 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable is a plus β’ Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy β’ Ability to analyze large sets of data β’ High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions β’ Insurance and/or construction industry experience required β’ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast paced, team-oriented environment β’ Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures β’ Problem solver with strong self-initiative and motivation β’ Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite a plus β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills β’ Excellent organizational skills β’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β’ Ability to prioritize tasks β’ Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed β’ Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required β’ Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
